We use your personal information only for providing and improving the Service (the SPEAQ Website and the SPEAQ software app). 1. What information do we collect?

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE. When you utilize SPEAQ software and website, we collect some personal information, including phone number, e-mail address, and IP address

LOG DATA. When you use the Service, we automatically record information from your Device and your activity using the Service. This may include the Device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, information you search for through the Service, locale preferences, your mobile carrier, date and time stamps, and other interactions with the Service.

COMPANY USERS. For Company users, you will be asked to provide your company name and location, your offers, and credit card information or third-party payment service information.

2. How do we use personal information?

IMPROVE AND DEVELOP SERVICES. We will deliver our services and make personalized suggestions for you by using your information to understand how you use and interact with our services.

PROMOTE SAFETY AND SECURITY. We use the information we have to help verify accounts and activity, and to promote safety and security on our services.

3. How is this information protected and shared?

We will keep all this information, with the exception of Authentication data, in a secure database. All authentication is handled by an industry leading third-party. No employee of SPEAQ will be able to retrieve a password and users that forget their passwords will only have the ability to reset through provided email. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information to third parties. We will never share physical address locations, name information or other personal information outside of phone number or e-mail address. Information may be shared with SPEAQ designated partners to improve user experience and for partner marketing purposes.

4. How can I manage or delete information about me?

We never collect information without your permission. Users will always have the choice to participate in the utilization of the SPEAQ app software, and are not required to input information unless they willfully do so.  Participation in the utilization of the SPEAQ app software opts in all participating users to future communication from SPEAQ or designated partners; as a non-exclusive example, to be notified of contest results. In some cases, we may retain copies of your information if required by law. Any information shared with designated partners for marketing purposes will require opt outs by designated partners.

5. How do we respond to legal requests?

We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so.

6. Security

The security of your information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
